When your hunt winds down, know that you will be able to relive the experience again and again with your very own DVD of your hunt, ready for viewing within days of the end of your adventure.  Make no mistake, this is not just some guy with Handy Cam popping out home movies the way your parents did on Christmas morning.  Our fully trained and certified camera staff will use decades of photographic experience combined with state-of-the-art technology and equipment to bring your hunt to life on screen in a way that until now has been reserved for television and movies.

Trophy Photos
You’ll never have to worry about packing film or recharging the batteries on you digital camera.  Lone Star Camera will send you home with printed trophy photographs so good that they will take a back seat only to the trophy itself.  You will also receive digital copies of these works of art ready to be emailed to your whole address book. The Long Version of What You Do

Process
Call or email Lone Star Camera TODAY to reserve the dates of your hunt.  Once you have secured your spot on the calendar with your deposit, we will clearly outline the entire process to make sure that the wants of the client and the needs of the cameraman are met to help ensure the best quality content for your video. Then, we will storyboard your entire hunt and walk you through the finer points of “TV Hunting.”  We will wrap up the process with a series of emails followed by a teleconference with the hunter(s), the outfitter/owner, professional hunter/guide and any other major player will maximize clarity of the project and allow for the easiest and most effective filming opportunities. Once we have a clear picture of our goal, all we have to do is go have a great hunt.

Cost
Lone Star Camera offers rate packages based on the number of consecutive days of filming. The short version is that you pay the daily rate listed plus transportation and accommodation. The long and more explanatory version is below.

There is no additional charge for equipment usage, tape stock, CDs or DVDs as the prices listed include the use of all Lone Star Camera filming, photography and editing equipment and supplies. Transportation to and from the filming location is not included and will be added to the final invoice unless air travel is necessary, whereas you, the client, will make the necessary travel arrangements prior the filming event.  “Travel Days” will not be charged, only pre-determined filming days.  A 50% deposit received at least 30 days prior to the first filming day is required to book any filming event.  If the client cancels the filming event for any reason, 15% of the total balance will be retained by Lone Star Camera.
